What if I don't receive my item?

If you don't receive an item within seven days, we encourage you to contact the seller. The seller should address your concern and provide updates on the delivery of the item, tracking information, or offer a refund.

We encourage all issues regarding purchases to be resolved by the buyers and sellers themselves. We recommend only choosing to involve Bountye if you’ve made reasonable efforts to try to remedy the circumstances of the issue. If a solution isn't reached, we’ll do our best help.
