How do I resolve a dispute with a seller?

As a rule (of thumb), we encourage all issues regarding purchases to be resolved by the buyers and sellers themselves. We recommend only choosing to involve Bountye if you’ve made reasonable efforts to try to remedy the circumstances of the issue. If a solution isn't reached, we’ll do our best help.

While we're always happy to help, it may take more time to reach a solution when Bountye is asked to intervene. Because of this, we recommend only choosing to involve Bountye if you're unable to work things out with the seller directly.

It's also important to keep in mind that Bountye's decision may not align with the solution you were hoping for. We will, however, do our best to ensure a fair outcome for all.
